About Us

In the early days of her career, Eileen Hegel, M.A. had been asked to play professional softball but declined the offer.  She then toured as a sponsored racquetball player and considered making this her future.  Without a doubt, being an athlete for most of her life, the concept of training played a significant role in Eileen's development of the principles that guide her life.

When she decided to attend college, as a student at San Diego State University in the Telecommunications and Film Department, Eileen began her career behind the scenes in both radio and TV.  Eventually, she got in front of the camera and microphone as the host of radio and TV shows along with doing commercials.  A few years later, she developed several radio shows which eventually led to the Higher Ways program based on the principles of exercise to train for life:
intellectually, emotionally, physically, financially and spiritually.

Now, for over twenty years, Eileen has worked with women young and old to inspire and motivate them to achieve their purpose. For the past seven years, Eileen has taught Communication courses at the university level.  At universities on both the east and west coast, Eileen developed her skills and techniques that encourage students to nourish their inner being along with their outer beauty.

In a society where people place a great deal of worth on the exterior, Eileen wants to inspire women to cultivate their interior life and become women of great depth.  With her Master's Degree in Communication from Regent University, Eileen utilizes creative drama techniques to let women discover, develop and deepen their roots.  Currently, Eileen teaches online and takes doctoral level courses in Education.
